Program Spotlight: Master of Arts, Science Concentration

Now that Columbia Journalism School's application for admission is open for the 2024-25 academic year, we are pleased to spotlight the Master of Arts, a one-of-a-kind degree program that trains experienced journalists to go deeper as reporters and equips them with subject-area expertise, so they can explain complicated issues to the public. Students in the Master of Arts Program's Science Concentration will receive in-depth training to confidently cover any scientific field - and make science come alive.

The Master of Arts Program application is now open and can be started here; the application deadline for the Master Arts for the 2024-25 year is January 5, 2024.
